My days and nights have always been full of views of colors, textures and patterns that fascinate me. I see "Abstracted Perceptions" in countless objects.
As an artist, we may have one vision, but the piece itself decides the final outcome. It may refuse to be totally release from the bounds of form, or plead for just that one more thing to make it complete. This grappling with the piece is what keeps me coming back, making it not manufactured, but "Abstracted Perceptions".
Should get mad more often at my paintings. After adding black wash, then today adding light peach, I find what will either make a great base, or maybe a complete piece later.
