My days and nights have always been full of views of colors, textures and patterns that fascinate me. I see "Abstracted Perceptions" in countless objects.
As an artist, we may have one vision, but the piece itself decides the final outcome. It may refuse to be totally release from the bounds of form, or plead for just that one more thing to make it complete. This grappling with the piece is what keeps me coming back, making it not manufactured, but "Abstracted Perceptions".
Rocky Cliff Scene
Have been playing with a few washes and this piece is turning into an abstract landscape of cliffs. The sky is a misty sort of sunrise. Will try to take photo and set online this weekend. Still have a way to go to finish.
