My days and nights have always been full of views of colors, textures and patterns that fascinate me. I see "Abstracted Perceptions" in countless objects.
As an artist, we may have one vision, but the piece itself decides the final outcome. It may refuse to be totally release from the bounds of form, or plead for just that one more thing to make it complete. This grappling with the piece is what keeps me coming back, making it not manufactured, but "Abstracted Perceptions".
This is my newest piece. The original photo is on the top, and the start of the piece is on the bottom. I used a little texture for the curvaceous middle piece. I like the way it is going now...and am trying not to mess it up and lose what it has so far.
