Continuing my posts in an effort to give viewers more info about my pieces. Time in Space was another of my beginning pieces. At this time I was thoroughly enjoying "stippling" which you can see in the background. For those who don't know, this is just an effort to create a blended area using short patted strokes of different colors, which visually blend. Actually, the back ground is made up of a variety of small bits of color. More about the idea of time and how it was created in later post
2014 changes this piece greatly, by adding darker background, and the addition of starts and planets, including huge planet which makes great backdrop for the "time" piece.
